Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, California headquarters or directly from one of our trusted partner warehouses strategically located across the country.

Expedited Shipping

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier)

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time using the link provided. If you have an account with us, you may also view your order history and shipping status through your online portal.


Production & Artwork Approval

Please note: Production does not begin until final artwork approval and full or partial payment (depending on order terms) are received. Any delays in artwork approval or requested changes will shift the estimated ship date accordingly.

To help avoid delays, we recommend:

  • Providing print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, PDF)

  • Confirming all logo colors and placement details upfront

  • Approving the digital mockup as quickly as possible


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the order

  • Destination zip code

  • Selected shipping method (standard, expedited, freight)

You will see the shipping cost clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is made. For custom quotes or large-volume orders, please contact our team for the most economical shipping solutions.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Contact us for current promotions.


International Shipping

Currently, SP Merchandise Inc. focuses primarily on domestic shipping within the United States. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and provide a custom shipping quote.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delivery Issues & Claims

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally issues may arise. Here's what to do:

Incorrect itemsDo not use the items. Contact us immediately with photos and order number.
Order not deliveredUse the tracking number first. If still unresolved, contact us and we will work with the carrier.

We will review each claim promptly and arrange for replacements, refunds, or credits as appropriate.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Incorrect addresses resulting in returned packages may be subject to re-shipping fees.

If you realize an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — before production begins.


Business Days & Holidays

Our processing and shipping timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Holidays observed include:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Please plan your orders accordingly, especially during peak seasons (Q4, trade show months).
